This Magic Circle firm, has a market leading Private Equity Practice. Continuing to expand and grow the team is currently looking to hire a bright and ambitious mid to senior level lawyer, who has gained specific exposure to private equity transactions.
The individual will benefit from working within a specialist dedicated team, where he or she can expect to enjoy lead involvement in big ticket, high value transactions. In addition to the highest quality of work, associates are well supported and benefit from excellent levels of training and support.
This individual will enjoy a hands-on client facing role, and will be expected to supervise and support more junior members of the team. With continued growth, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to progress long term.
The successful candidate will be a well rounded lawyer, with relevant experience (3-5PQE), as well as a proven track record of creating and developing client relationships.
