Job Details
Our client, a market leading national firm seeks to appoint an experienced commercial litigation associate or senior associate to join their successful team based in Milton Keynes.
The team handles a mix of high value and complex commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented associate or senior associate with ideally 4 years+ PQE to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand.
You'll be part of a team which handles broad ranging matters arising from all manner of commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, warranty disputes and indemnity issues as well as litigation arising from public procurement, banking, IT/Technology and insurance matters. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of major clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as larger multi-jurisdictional and listed companies.
