Corporate Associate - 3-5 Years PQE

A leading top-rated international law firm is seeking an Associate to join their corporate finance group to work on a variety of transactions in mid-market M&A and AIM deals. Working with technology groups, financial services organisations and real estate businesses, you will assist the partners and act for clients ranging from technology start-ups through to AIM-listed groups to multinationals.

Applicants:
Strong academics 2:1 degree or equivalent
3-5 years PQE with previous experience of M&A
