Our client is a widely recognised global Energy brand. They are seeking a junior Commercial lawyer to join their sizeable team. The role will be based in Solihull. You will work closely with more senior lawyers.

Our client will consider a junior Commercial lawyer from Practice or In-house. This is a large team and there is plenty of scope for personal and professional development.

You will be drafting general commercial and a wide variety of sector specific contracts working closely with the other lawyers, your stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

You will be working at the cutting edge of the Energy sector on strategic, legal and regulatory developments. You will also present and prepare research and training seminars.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be a good communicator and have an interest of building in-depth knowledge.
