The 50 strong national corporate practice are handling some ground breaking transactions within our sectors and supporting significant deals in the development of our clients' business.  Needless to say it's an exciting place to be.

Our corporate lawyers support clients on a range of corporate transactions, notably M&A, private equity and public company transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and collaborations, in addition to advising on corporate governance and statutory and regulatory issues.

Partner, Leon Miller, is now looking for an experienced Associate to join the team London. 

What will you be doing?

You'll play an important role in helping us to further develop our local market share and to run transactions in their entirety from the outset, supervising and mentoring others in the team to deliver those transactions for our clients.  And that's not all, you'll also be heavily involved in business development activities, influence strategy for the team and help to develop others in this area.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

You'll have at least five years' experience in delivering first rate corporate advice in any of the above gained at a City or leading regional firm with a confident and commercial approach. You'll have experience of supervising the technical work of others and enjoy devoting dedicated time to share your expertise through coaching and mentoring and your strong internal and external networking skills will help you generate work in your own right.
