With a leading hospitality sector focus, one of the best known real estate departments in the City is keen to acquire a senior lawyer with particular expertise in hotels and connections within the industry. This is a new and strategic position for either a senior associate or an existing partner to take advantage of the significant platform on offer here. From site acquisition and development, leases and operating agreements, refinancing, commercial contracts, HR, employment and management issues,the firm provides a multi-disciplinary team in this sector.
