Job Details
My client is a global fintech business looking to hire a commercial counsel on a permanent basis into their London office.
The role entails working closely with the Head of Legal in London, where you’ll be joining a small but growing in-house legal team. You will have a commercial and regulatory focus supporting business growth and will partner with teams across the business on a huge variety of strategic projects.
Key responsibilities include negotiating various commercial agreements, including IT software, IP licensing, commercial leases, banking arrangements and other bespoke contracts, while advising the business on matters including data protection, trademarks, financial services regulations providing reliable advice to the business.
A strong candidate should have the relevant commercial experience from either a top city law firm or financial service business.
