Our client is a leading international practice with a significant profile within corporate and general commercial.

With a significant roster of large scale corporate clients there has been a natural evolution of its corporate support function. Integral to that is the Company Secretarial function it provides which currently comprises 6 people.

With significant investment being made into their Liverpool office, this has created scope for the development of a bespoke company secretarial function within the City.

The team are looking for someone who is ICSA qualified or part qualified to assist in providing the comprehensive co sec service they provide.

The range of clients comprises a mixture of private companies, groups, fully listed and AIM companies.

The advantage of working here will be the fact this represents some of the first footfall in the new office so the scope for progression and responsibility is significant.
