A Top International Firm - Labour & Employment Associate - 2-4 PQE

My client, a partner at a prestigious international firm, is looking to recruit a Labour and Employment Associate with multi-jurisdictional experience for their Birmingham team. A strong candidate will have between 2-4 years PQE.

The successful candidate will be given great training under close supervision of the leading partner; the level of responsibility will be down to the digression of the individual. However, a strong candidate will want to take the lead role on big-ticket deals.

A successful candidate will have:

• Experience of international employment project work.
• Client relationship and management skills.
• Experience providing pragmatic advice to client’s regarding commercial matters.
• A strong academic career.
