THE ROLE

A senior associate is now sought to focus on IT, technology and outsourcing, representing an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and advise on high value, strategically important and often international projects within a supportive and collegiate environment.

Clients range from high growth start-ups to multinationals, covering the entire spectrum of commercial activity.

The team has a strong reputation with large global clients requiring sophisticated cross-jurisdictional advice.

Sector specialisms include energy, digital business, media, retail including designer labels, as well as the financial services sector advising on new financial products including "new generation" payment services, such as mobile payments, online payments, prepaid, virtual currencies and micro-payments.

ABOUT YOU

Your knowledge and experience will have been gained in commercial matters at a City, national or large regional law firm recognised for its commercial law practice, or in-house.

Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, a Senior Associate is sought, although the firm will consider candidates with more or less experience.
