Job Details
This is a stand out opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer join an established legal 500 property department! This firm have real growth plans in the framework, and have built a reputable foundation in the South London. This will give you the platform to succeed. If you are looking to be a number 1 or 2 to a Partner, then this is the role for you.
You will be handling a caseload Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

The Role
The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Licensed Conveyancer join their growing Crystal Palace, London office.
Property is one of the largest departments firm wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and agents for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the amount of quality referrals, you will join a friendly and supportive team. They have good support for fee earners with a solid work force. You will take a more senior role, whilst dealing with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
The Requirements
- You will either be a Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX or Solicitor who is 1 years+ PQE
- You should have a passion for property work
- You should have good interpersonal skills
- You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
- Salary is above market rate depending on experience
