Job Details
This elite US firm as an opening for a mid-level restructuring associate to join a high-performing team working on a wide variety of matters but with a focus on complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, special situations investing and rescue financing.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team with flat structure, promoting high levels of early responsibility and the ability of participate in pitching for business as well as developing existing client relationships.
The firm's Restructuring Practice represents clients on a broad range of cross-border restructuring, acquisitions and debt financings. The quality of the work and calibre of the team is first-rate.
Lawyers will have around 4 years' post qualification experience in financial restructuring and insolvency work gained at a peer / top-tier international law firm.
