The successful applicant will need strong corporate experience, particularly in private M&A, private equity, joint venture and equity capital markets transactions. General corporate advisory and commercial experience would also be welcome. The role entails immersion in every aspect of the practice, including BD activities, and caries excellent future prospects. Legal qualification in the UK or Commonwealth will be needed, while Arabic language skills would be an advantage but aren't essential.
