Full/Part Time Commercial Lawyer - Leeds
Innovative commercial lawyer is sought by top 20, international firm. As you will be joining a national team, you can chose between the Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham offices.
Furthermore, as you will be joining a progressive and dynamic firm those looking for part-time and agile working should also apply.
This a unique and interesting role as you will be carrying a mixed case-load of commercial, IT, Intellectual Property and Data Protection work. Working in a team recognised by the Legal 500 for their expertise, you can expect an impressive client base working for companies across a variety of sectors from food and retail to sport and finance.
The role will involve, providing commercial/IT/IP/DP support within corporate transactions. This involves negotiating warranties, advising on TSA's and due diligence.
To be considered for the position, you should have at least 3 years' experience in commercial law. Experience of non-contentious IP would also be advantageous but not vital.
