Corporate Paralegal

A top 10 law firm is seeking up to 15 Corporate Paralegals to assist on a high profile transaction.

The deal is M&A and is the largest the firm has ever seen and this is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to work on such a high profile matter.

Applications are welcome for this Corporate Paralegal role from candidates who have a strong academic record and some paralegal experience, ideally minimum of 3 months. Corporate experience would be ideal, but they are open to paralegals who have litigation, banking, finance or any other relevant commercial areas of law.

This Corporate Paralegal role is to start in the next two weeks and will last initially for around 6 weeks. It is anticipated around 5 of the Corporate Paralegals would be kept on until the end of the year.

This role could suit a future trainee looking for a temp role before starting their Training Contract or an experienced Corporate Paralegal looking to work on a high profile transaction.
