This elite global law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Sydney office in Australia. The firm has a worldwide reputation for being a market-leading law firm, advising on some of the biggest and most high-profile transactions. The corporate team in Sydney acts for renowned multinationals and leading domestic players, maintaining a particularly high profile in the energy and resources, financial services and infrastructure sectors. The role will involve advising multinational corporations on M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.
The firm is particularly keen to receive applications from Australian returners and England & Wales qualified lawyers looking to relocate/return to Sydney, Australia.
