We are working with an investment firm providing private funding to European late stage technology companies and research organisations. The fund is the first of its type in Europe, providing "useful finance" at its best and has particularly well-respected backers.

We are looking for a junior funds or IP lawyer to join the team and support the business on a very diverse sets of matters and documentation relating to fundraising, the commercialisation of IP, data privacy, company regulations and funds and financial instruments.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. We are looking for the ability to work in intellectually-challenging environments, a flexible approach and some autonomy in addressing new issues. Prior experience in funds/financial services and/or IP will be needed. Ideally you will be fluent in both English and French.
