FS Regulatory Lawyer (Senior)

Job Details

This major international firm is looking to recruit a senior Financial Services Regulatory lawyer and they can offer genuine opportunities for partnership in the short-medium term (depending on level and any book of business).

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a senior lawyer to move into a firm which can offer such good prospects. It is a mark of their recent success that they can talk to you about potential partnership so freely.

The successful candidate will advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious FS Regulatory matters. Specific examples of the work include MiFID II, EMIR, Securitisation Regulation, FSMA, white collar crime, investigations and international sanctions. Clients are big-ticket and contacts with large clients in any of the following sectors would be extremely useful – investment banking, fund management, broker dealer and insurance.

Finally, it should be mentioned that as well as excellent prospects the remuneration on offer is also at the top of the market.

If you would like to discuss this role in more detail please apply online or call Henry Hillier on +44(0)207 648 6958.
