Commercial Litigation Solicitor, min 6 yrs PQE, required by a top rated London law firm whose market leading Litigation Department are highly ranked by all the leading legal directories and provides high-quality advice to private and commercial clients.

The successful candidate will:
- be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales);
- have a good degree (minimum 2.1) and good "A" levels (or equivalent);
- have at least 6 years PQE in a commercial litigation team within private practice at a large London law firm dealing with a wide range of work;
- have experience of commercial litigation with at least a focus and some experience in one of their sectors (for example, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, IP/Sports, White Collar Crime; Banking disputes);
- have some experience of insolvency law and procedure (for example work for an Administrator/ Liquidator or alternatively, defending claims on behalf of former directors); and
- have a track record of marketing and promotional activities within his/her current firm (e.g. published articles, speaking engagements, involvement in events and pitches)
