This is a top 100 national law firm, providing high quality commercial legal advice to clients in the public, private and third sectors. They are very well known for their reputation in the market and are looking to expand their Housing offering in a period of a real growth.

Your new role
This role will involve advising clients on a wide range of property and development acquisitions, property securitisation, section 106 ad other planning agreements, easements, leases, joint ventures, development and collaboration agreements, stock swaps, disposals, easements, road and sewer adoptions, highway and public open space transfers, and nomination agreements. Experience of work for Registered Providers, local authorities, care companies and/or healthcare organisations would be helpful, but is not essential.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have Property law experience in a busy team alongside an interest in acting for clients across the social housing sector.
