Disputes Associates (1+ PQE) – Top Offshore Firm Offering Excellent Financial Packages – Jersey

We have been working with a leading offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for Associates to join their Litigation team.

This presently small team in Jersey is looking to expand by adding strong Litigation Associates.  Although the team is small, they are ambitious, and have acted in some of the leading cases in the region. 

The successful candidates will work directly with the Partners on litigation matters particularly focusing on insolvency, financial services, trusts, partnership and shareholder disputes, although there will be exposure to other fraud and broad investigations matters.

The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm.  Ideally candidates will have financial services and / or insolvency disputes experience, although those with broader commercial litigation experience are also of interest.

Candidates must be common law qualified to apply.

The firm offers an excellent salary, on par with the rates for leading firms in London with the benefits of reduced income tax in Jersey, in addition to a generous bonus package.
