My client is unique and highly unique, global financial institution based in Switzerland. They are looking to hire a senior lawyer with at least 7 years post qualification experience to work in a broad role focused on institutional matters.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of legal issues relating to the operations and governance of the institution. This includes their status as an international organisation in Switzerland, its relationship with its host country, employment-related matters as well as a wide range of contractual issues with suppliers and other third parties.

A strong candidate will have a perfect academic record and have worked at either a magic circle or white shoe law firm,or a top global financial institution. A strong knowledge of public international law, as well as any language skills, with a preference for French or German, would also be an advantage.
