We are working with a truly innovative firm with a unique way of working that stands them apart from any other firm that we are aware of in the market, the firm are a West End based firm but with several other office locations.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing firm that punches well above their weight within an exciting new office opening, a stand-out opportunity. Established for over 150 years, this law firm has an exciting and interesting heritage. They were originally based in Canary Wharf and were one of the first Solicitors ever to service two of the country's most well-known Banks. They have deep rooted connections to the City.
I personally find this firm to be a breath of fresh air in the market, their approach is truly unique.
This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with the opening of two new offices. They are a creative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm. The firm has a young and dynamic feel with most of the firm's Partners being under 40. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing and have recently opened a coffee shop within the firm's office specifically for internal and client meetings.
This role would be a perfect step up for a Lawyer seeking progression and a route to Partnership, and perhaps in a top-heavy department.
The role
Company Commercial is growing rapidly, and you will be at the forefront of this department, you will work alongside a well-known partner in the industry.
The work they deal with is very good quality; you will deal with a varied caseload and client base, this will make for a much more interesting role. The work will include; Company acquisitions and disposals, Company formations, Start-ups, Partnerships and Commercial Contracts.
Requirements:
- You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Comfortable managing a large caseload in all regards
- Experience in managing a team is preferable
