This firm is a leading full-service commercial, regional heavy weight law firm, ranked in the Top 200. They have grown year on year, in part due to several heavy-weight Partner hires. They have a growing International client base.
The firm have a reputation of nurturing and developing legal talent, 50% of all their Partners started at the firm as a trainee, it is this people focussed approach which has given them an unrivalled staff retention rate.
They have a completely open-door policy with Partners seated throughout the open plan office with much more junior staff; this even applies to the CEO. You will find there is no hierarchy with even Paralegals being encouraged to share their thoughts. Just recently a Paralegal undertook a training session for a whole team including Partner.
The role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their West End office.
The Corporate team deals with a full range of services including, M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.
You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. You will work alongside industry regarded Partners, most of whom were trained in the City. The team is forward-thinking, friendly and have real team spirit.
The role comes with good prospects for progression.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
- You will have good technical knowledge
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
