Job Details
Our client is one of the elite offshore law firms with a long heritage in the Caribbean and an exceptional reputation around the world. They have strong relationships with the leading onshore firms in London and New York and as a result are instructed on some of the largest and most complex transactions in Cayman and the BVI.
The firm's global corporate team is spread across Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean ensuring that they are able to advise on offshore matters around the world. They have a strong pipeline of work that is set to grow over the coming months and years, particularly from their large private equity client base. Successful candidates will enjoy a varied work load of M&A, ECM, and JVs for a range of clients across Europe and North America.
In order to be considered for this role you will:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor or barrister, with at least 2.5 years' post-qualification experience
- Have worked at a top 20 UK or international law firm
- Have broad corporate transactions experience
