We are working with a heavyweight Top 20 practice who are seeking to recruit a Pensions Solicitor for their growing Bristol office.
The Firm
This Top 50 firm is a leading International practice with over 20 offices Globally, with a strong presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The firm has won an abundance of awards in recent years, for their culture, Corporate, Finance and IP practices.
The firm has grown significantly in recent years; the Bristol office is growing by at least 15% a year, they are set to expand further moving into new premises within the next 24 months.
Despite this firm being a major City practice, you will find the Bristol office has a different, more relaxed culture where work-life balance is a benefit enjoyed by staff. With their continued growth, there are very good prospects at the firm for the right candidates to progress.
The Bristol office has attracted many heavy hitting Partners out of City looking to continue dealing with London based work, but seeking to move away from the commute and longer hours associated with the City.
The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Pensions Lawyer with 3+ PQE to join their Bristol City office.
The pensions department has notable experience in the pensions aspects of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions for clients in the financial sector.
The department head has been acting for the trustees of the Zurich UK Pension Scheme on matters including scheme documentation and the appointment of a new infrastructure debt manager.
They have also been acting for the trustees of well known pension plans on a wide range of matters, including member disputes and investment issues.
Their recent highlights include assisting on security, amendment and employer covenant issues related to the employer's takeover of a multi national beverage company. Other clients include very well known named companies and the quality of work they deal with is incredibly good.
You:
- You will be a Pensions Solicitor (3+ years PQE) with a strong background of dealing with quality work.
- Salary is negotiable dependent on experience
- This role comes with excellent prospects for progression. In addition, this firm has an unrivalled, lucrative bonus structure where last year their top billing Associate took home £55k in bonus.
