Job Details
We are working with a reputable international firm in London who are looking for a non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
The Partners are open to hearing from September 2019-qualifiers through to 5 years’ PQE Associates interested in working in a purely non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency role.
There will be broad work on a range of transactions in corporate, finance and real estate restructuring, in addition to non-contentious insolvency matters.
The successful candidate will have non-contentious restructuring and insolvency experience from a leading firm, with ideally some level of exposure to transactional banking, corporate and/or real estate matters. Excellent academics are also a pre-requisite to apply.
This role provides the opportunity to work with the firm’s other offices UK-wide, including assisting more senior Associates on larger complex matters.
