We are recruiting for a Associate with Contentious Financial Services Regulatory experience. The ideal hire will have 1-4 years PQE and a genuine ambition to work in well regarded practice but also looking to ensure they keep their work life balance.

The Role

You will be a Contentious Financial Services Regulatory Associate with 1-4 years PQE

Experience in both the wholesale and retail arenas covering issues such as market misconduct, misselling and breaches of firms' systems and controls.

The team act for clients in the financial services field in regulatory enquiries and proceedings.
Your experience may well also include the wider areas of white-collar fraud and commercial litigation.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong business developer with a proven track record and willing to undertake business development and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years PQE and experience in Financial Services Regulatory disputes in a reputable firm.
  • You should be able to make a significant contribution to the team business development and marketing
  • Salary is well above market rate for the right candidate and there is an excellent bonus structure in place.
