September 2019 NQ's - Property Litigation - Leeds
Top 100 firm are looking for a September 2019 qualifying property litigation NQ to join their social housing department.
As a firm which holds a Gold standard in the Investors in People Awards, this would be an excellent move for an NQ looking to move to a firm which can further support and develop them post qualification.
This is a popular firm for lawyers who want a quality offering without the 'big firm mentality' and hence the majority of lawyers at this practice have backgrounds with Top 50 firms, which includes those members of the social housing team.
The role will involve advising on a variety of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, housing management issues, disrepair and leasehold matters. You will be acting for some of the North's largest city councils and property developers.
Suitable candidates will be NQ's who have had some exposure to social housing work or can demonstrate a genuine interest in this niche area of law. Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
