The role

The firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office.

You will work as part of the company commercial team out of the firms Hoddesdon office, the plan is to slowly take over from a senior solicitor as they work towards retirement, this is a really good opportunity to take over a busy and very active caseload.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
  • You will deal with a high-quality caseload of company commercial work
  • You should have a good technical knowledge
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Salary is negotiable and dependent depending on your level of experience
