We are recruiting for a Partner with an established Contentious Financial Services Regulatory practice. The ideal hire will have a client base and a reputable, recognised name in the industry.

You will be a Contentious Financial Services Regulatory Partner (or Senior Lawyer with a client base looking for that next step up.
Experience in both the wholesale and retail arenas covering issues such as market misconduct, misselling and breaches of firms' systems and controls.
The team act for clients in the financial services field in regulatory enquiries and proceedings.
Your experience may well also include the wider areas of white collar fraud and commercial litigation.
To succeed in this role, you will be a strong business developer with a proven track record and willing to undertake business development and marketing activities.
For this level it would be expected that you will have an existing, established book of business to support and grow the practice. In return the firm can offer a long term career, where you can make a big impact in the team and carve out a long term, rewarding future.
- You will be a Regulatory Partner with 7+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
- You should be able to make a significant contribution to the team business development and marketing
