An award winning, independent Legal 500 firm steeped in heritage are hiring a Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 - 4 years PQE into their established practice in London's West End.

This Top 200 London firm has strong European and International links and is constantly striving to continually develop a leading, supportive and collaborative approach to understanding and deliver exactly what their clients need.

They offer a range of services that differ from the traditional hourly rate including fixed or capped fees. The firm also provide free seminars and briefings, so their client base stay ahead of important changes in the legal industry and their individual business areas.

In terms of Practice areas, this firm are experts across Litigation, Property, Private Client, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property and Tax Services.

The Role

This successful Corporate team have extensive experience across a broad range of complex corporate transactions, from constitutional issues to shareholder agreements. They also advise high end financiers and management teams on financial and investment agreements & structures.

Their lawyers also have expertise in handling private equity deals in a variety of business sectors and act for investors seeking out new ventures in emerging markets and Asia Pacific.

You will have experience advising on any of the following key areas of this practice including IPOs & pre IPOs, listing companies on the AIM and ISDX markets as well as secondary fundraisings and other adhoc capital market transaction matters. The successful hire will need to have experience with a reputable London firm working in an established Corporate private practice.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.
  • You will be keen to go out and engage in business development and build up your own client base.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
  • You should work well within a team
  • You will deal with an excellent quality of work
  • Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
