Our client is a Silver Circle law firm, with a major overseas network of offices.

Its full service Moscow office is well integrated into the firm's global network, and has been established in Russia since the '90ies.  It is known to be one of the largest, and high profile global law firms currently operating in Russia.

Ranked Tier 1 in both banking and restructuring work in all the regional directories, its pre-eminent Russian Banking and Finance practice is involved in many high profile and high value projects and transactions in both the international and domestic markets.. 

It represents global investment banks, blue chip Russian banks and major corporate clients on the full range of banking and finance transactions.  Workload would include project finance (predominately energy), acquisition finance, real estate finance and general lending. 

The team is young, dynamic and successful, and has continued to grow notwithstanding the challenging economic backdrop.  This is therefore an opportunity to work with energetic and high calibre lawyers on some of the biggest headline financing transactions taking place across the EMEA region.

Your profile as a lawyer should be as follows:

- Strong academics;
- From 3-10 years' post qualified as a lawyer in the UK/Australia/New Zealand/Canada;
- Significant project finance/banking and finance experience from a top global law firm in a major financial centre such as Moscow/London/Sydney/Auckland etc;
- Project management experience needed, as is a positive 'can do' attitude.
