PLANNING LAWYER (1-2 PQE) *TIER 1, STAND-ALONE TEAM*

My client, a leading international firm with a top ranked planning practice, are looking to hire an associate to join their team. They are a stand-alone planning practice with an impressive and diverse client-base, offering the opportunity to work on big-ticket, cutting-edge deals in a firm who are always at the forefront of what is going on.

The role is widely varied advising on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters for both public and private sector clients. From working with local authorities and central governments on the development of new garden cities and major regeneration and town centre redevelopment projects to pro-bono work advising communities on protecting greenspaces. On the private side, advising top UK developers on high-value, premium real-estate and landmark buildings including infrastructure considerations in regards to rail and underground.

This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly, ambitious yet down-to-earth team that can offer excellent training and support. Working as part of this established team of over 10 fee-earners, associates can expect to benefit from close supervision whilst also being encouraged to work independently and get involved in business development.
