You will find there is no hierarchy with even Paralegals being encouraged to share their thoughts. Just recently a Paralegal undertook a training session for a whole team including Partner; it is this collaborative approach which has seen them progress Solicitors to Partners in a record breaking time.

They have grown year on year for the last decade, they punch well above their weight and only recently they received industry press for Corporate deals on par with the very elite of City firms. The role

The firm is looking to hire a Senior Real Estate Lawyer into their thriving and growing Bristol office.

You will work directly alongside the Partner on very high-quality work. This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team. You will also manage client relationships; you will be at the forefront of this team. You will deal with a broad range of work including; Development, Investment, Licences, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

This role comes with good prospects for the short term, including Partnership. You will lead and mentor the team and be given the skills to get you on track to Partnership.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 6 years + PQE
  • You will have a good grounding in Real Estate work and be used to dealing with a wide range of work
  • You will be based in the Bristol office.
  • You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
  • The firm is open minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at
  • Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
