This permier US and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Capital Markets Associate to join their thriving London practice in a PSL capacity. The position will entail acting as the lead for practice development initiatives within the group, taking responsibility for a range of activities. These will include compiling legal updates, developing and maintaining precedents and know-how, conducting substantive legal research and providing training for Associates on technical legal issues. You'll also be supporting marketing and BD activities, as well as liaising closely with the firm's central KM team. Applicants should be UK qualifed lawyers who have experience in providing high-end advice to clients in major international equity and debt transactions. Excellent drafting, communication and marketing skills will also be needed.
