Are you a high-flying Senior Associate looking for a Platform to Partnership? Or are you already a Partner looking to work for a heavyweight London rooted firm? This is an extremely rare opportunity to join an established department, with an established caseload, centred around HNW Internationally recognised work.

The Firm

This firm has offices Nationally, the London office is extremely impressive and has views overlooking the City and River Thames. They now stand at over 200 members of staff and have recently had some heavyweight Partners join the practice, further bolstering their already impressive client base. The firm has recently had a seamless merger with a well-respected practice, managing to retain all of their staff.

You will find a very collegiate culture; every Partner is on hand to develop, train and mentor all levels of staff. They have many homegrown Partners; the firm has an ethos of sharing rewards.

The very nature of the open Partnership there means that the progression is extremely tangible and there is a huge focus on sharing the profits of the firm. They have recently invested heavily in their infrastructure and are one of the best-managed practices we work alongside.

The firm has a very International focus already and are putting resources into International work across numerous jurisdictions. They have exciting growth plans in the short term and a long-term strategy to compete with some of the UK's largest firms. Now would be an exciting time to join.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Property Partner (or someone looking to move up to Partner shortly) as part of their future planning, meaning the incoming Solicitor will have an abundance of only the highest quality Real Estate work. A majority of the active caseload would involve complex Residential Development and Real Estate matters.

You will join a friendly, professional and dynamic team. Real Estate is really in this firms DNA, and it is their largest and busiest department. You will work with other Partners to lead the team, while also running your own caseload.

The firm only deals with HNW and UHNW clients, usually with an International element. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-flying Senior Associate looking to take over the reins of a highly established Partner. Alternatively, it could also be an exciting chance for a Partner who is looking to consolidate their client base.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years' experience in Real Estate. Experience working with HNW corporate clients is key. Management experience in handling a team of solicitors is important.
  • You would be based in their City of London office
  • Salary is entirely dependent on the individual but is very competitive
