In-house Investment Management Lawyer – Rapidly Growing Fund

This independent US investment fund has experienced impressive growth in recent years and can now boast a global presence and an expanding London office based in the heart of the West End.   They are looking to hire a bright and commercially minded lawyer with a good general asset management background to join the close-knit London based legal team.  

You will need to have strong IMA experience but the role will be much broader than that as they are a small team so will be looking for this person to roll up their sleeves and get involved in regulatory, funds, distribution and trading work as well as broader commercial matters from time to time.  They have a broad pqe range and are interested in considering people from 3 years pqe upwards.  Most important are your soft skills, this will suit someone who will work hard to get to know the business and has the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation and turn your hand to what is required.  There will be extensive cross over with the European offices so European language skills would certainly benefit your application.
