A leading innovative business with strong brand recognition is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to join the team at their head office in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

This business has two key strands to their activities and has been a major disruptor in their field. With strong advertising presence and superb affiliates they routinely work with leading brands across multiple sectors.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Legal you will provide commercial advice to both sides of the business. A key element to the Commercial Lawyer position is reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts including outsourcing agreements, partnership agreements and marketing/advertising agreements. The position will see the Commercial Lawyer work closely with key internal stakeholders, offering commercial as well as legal advice to the business.

The Person

The successful applicant will be c.2-6 PQE with a proven track record of advising on commercial matters, specifically commercial contracts.
