Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Chadwick Nott have been instructed on an exciting new role by a leading multi office, general commercial law firm based in Bolton. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be extremely competitive.
Working within in a busy conveyancing department, the successful candidate will find themselves managing a caseload which includes but is not limited to, sales and purchases, from initial instructions to completion, including leasehold apartments and new builds. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 3 years PQE and will be able to operate with minimal supervision. It would be an advantage to have had some exposure to commercial property, however, this is not a prerequisite for the role.
