A global business with offices throughout the UK is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their In-house legal team and manage the contract lifecycle for one of their business divisions. The role would suit a Contracts Manager, Paralegal, or Solicitor, with experience in commercial contracts and ideally some time spent In-house.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, the successful Contracts Manager will have responsibility for;
- Managing the contract process throughout the business division and ensuring that all contracts are compliant with risk management policies
- Advising senior managers throughout the business on risks associated with contracts
- Negotiating terms of business and advising colleagues in sales teams
- Instructing external solicitors and liaising with colleagues throughout the EMEA legal team
