The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join they're flourishing, very modern office based in West End, London.

The Leasehold Enfranchisement team has recently taken on several new hires within the last 24 months. Their head of department gives talks nationally on the subject; the department is well-known nationally for their level of expertise, and other firms often look to take their lead to changes within the market. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with your own Leasehold Enfranchisement caseload.

This role could be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking for career progression

Requirements

  • You will be a Solicitor handling Leasehold Enfranchisement work with at least 3+ years PQE
  • Experience in business development will be advantageous
  • Working with HNW clients is also very beneficial.
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an industry-leading benefits package as mentioned above.
