A really exciting and 'quality-focused' new Residential Property role down in Exeter, just announced so brand new as of today !
Our client is a large commercial practice, so you get the benefits of the fantastic and impressive offices and the quality of training and supervision and the structures in place to help you maximise your career development and progression over the next few years. Perhaps most importantly, this is a rare chance to work as a Residential Property lawyer focusing on the top end of the market as the day to day work will range from straightforward house sales and purchases up to HNW property and indeed large country estate properties.
This opening has arisen as the existing team is busy with high levels of work, both SW-based and winning a lot of London work, and you are certainly going to be joining a growing, very successful department. As another vital member of the team you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property work from first instruction to post-completion and this will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, buy to let, equity release and first registrations. In addition you will be able to play an active role in all the marketing and business development strategies in place to continue the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.
Ideally you will already have some level of hands-on Residential Property fee-earning experience and crucially you will be a team player keen to be part of a very successful and close-knit team who all work and pull together. They can potentially consider a candidate who may want a flexible working pattern, perhaps working 4 days a week for example, in this instance.
