VANCOUVER – Corporate - M&A - Private Equity - Mid level Lawyers
One of our Consultants has just had a coffee with an International partner from one of Vancouver’s M&A teams. He is looking to hire a couple of associates 3-6 years qualified to focus on M&A and/or securities. His clients are based in Europe/the US/Asia and Canada. You may be a returning Canadian lawyer or perhaps a common law qualified lawyer looking to relocate to Canada but keen to keep a cross-border focus with regard to mandates you work on. You will be smart, driven, adept at BD and keen to work with an entrepreneurial partner.
