Job Details
We are a preferred agent for this international law firm. Their Corporate M&A practice are looking for an ambitious and talented associate lawyers with at least 5 years corporate commercial experience .
Our client advises across the broad spectrum of corporate work including public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, complex joint ventures, disposals and corporate restructurings, as well as general commercial, antitrust and corporate governance issues.
You will have strong academics, language skills and international experience and be keen to be part of this close knit and cohesive team of experts . You will be offered excellent training and development in a supportive environment. Common Law trained candidates who are UK/US/French qualified, are encouraged to apply.
CASABLANCA, an average 3 hours flight from Europe, is one of the largest most important cities in Africa, both economically and demographically. Based on the Moroccan coast it is the economic and business capital and one of the largest financial centers on the continent.
