IP Associate 3-4 PQE - International Firm - Expertise With Tech Start-Ups & Emerging Technologies

Large, dedicated, technology team which sits within a highly international firm is seeking a mid-level commercial IP associate. The team specialise in advising high-growth technology companies across a number of sectors, including FinTech, AI, clean tech, digital technology, and life sciences. The firm has offices in all key technology centres including Tokyo, California, and Geneva, and as a result much of your work will be international in nature or, at least, contain international elements.

You will ideally have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, advising across a broad range of IP, commercial contracts, and data protection issues. Experience advising high-growth, tech start-ups, particularly those that develop from university spin-outs would be desirable.

You will be working in a small, but growing, collaborative team, and will work closely with other teams in the firm to advise on larger, pan-practice matters, as well as colleagues from the firm’s international offices. The firm offers a flexible approach towards working hours, and more generally an excellent work/life balance with very modest target hours for an international, City firm.
