Legal Counsel - In House - Corporate/Commercial

OUR CLIENT

We are looking to recruit a corporate/commercial lawyer c 2 - 5 PQE to join a global business based in West London.

THE ROLE

As a key member of a business facing in house legal team, the post holder will be responsible for providing broad ranging commercial and legal guidance to the business as follows: -

Commercial - This will include commercial contract reviews, assisting in commercial negotiations, assisting in negotiating strategy development for large commercial transactions

Corporate - Advising on corporate acquisitions mainly within the technology sector.

Data Protection/Risk Management - managing process and policy in order to ensure compliance throughout the Group.

There is a possibility of some homeworking

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional role offering a varied range of work candidates must be able to demonstrate;

First rate technical and commercial skills with corporate/commercial background preferably with some in house experience gained in the technology sector

Excellent organisations skill, a positive can do manner and good commercial acumen

Candidates with Scandinavian language skills would be of particular interest.
