Rare senior commercial litigation (CDR) PSL/knowledge management role in Leeds. Full or part-time
My client, a high profile international law firm, seeks a commercially-focussed Dispute Resolution PSL to support the UK Dispute Resolution team and play a key role in the design and delivery of Dispute Resolution services to a diverse and increasing client base. In this new role, you will be instrumental putting into place strategies for firm-wide projects such as process improvement and new products as well as the usual PSL responsibilities to include:
- General know-how (precedent updating and drafting, specific technical assistance)
- Development, design and delivery of training
- Business development (writing articles, presentations, client information)
- Compliance and involvement in firm-wide knowledge management initiatives.
You will have a minimum of 6 years PQE (UK experience) and a strong track record as a commercial litigator at an international, national or major regional law firm or recognised in-house team. Previous PSL experience is welcomed but is not essential. The client is open to considering those looking to work on a full time or part-time basis.
