Job Details
This highly successful and well-established Fintech is looking for an experienced trade finance lawyer to join its legal team.
In this role, you will advise on a broad range of finance related matters including reviewing, drafting and negotiating supply chain finance documentation, and advising on complex legal, commercial and regulatory matters.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 5-10 years PQE, ideally gained In-House in the Trade Finance legal team of a global bank. Solid experience in supply chain finance transactions is key for this role as well as some knowledge of securitisations. You will have a can-do attitude, with an ability to think commercially and work collegiately. This role would suit a smart and commercially minded trade finance lawyer currently working in a bank, looking to join an entrepreneurial, exciting and vibrant business.
