The firm are looking to expand their highly commercial Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. A move to the Cayman Islands offers several attractive prospects to those who are looking to escape the monotonous city life and benefit from tax-free salaries.

The firm requires an associate of 3+ years PQE to join their highly ranked team. With a focus on M&A and PE work, the team also touches on other areas such as banking & finance, therefore giving the team an overall commercial outlook. Considering the breadth of work, the team works with a wide and large range of clients from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 spectrum, resulting highly intricate and complex instructions. Applicants should be qualified offshore, or in the UK or another Commonwealth jurisdiction.
